The Galaxy S26 Ultra stands out as a premium Android phone with strong storage options, and the comments frame this price as better than Samsung EPP and close to direct Samsung offers. The 512GB and 1TB versions have been bought around this range, and the larger capacity is especially appealing for media, FLAC files, and app-heavy use. The main caveat is that similar or lower pricing can appear through Google Fi, often with trade in or line requirements, so the value depends on how much hassle you want to take on. A solid fit if storage and unlocked flexibility matter most.
The deal price can be lower than Samsung EPP pricing at about $985.
A PayPal discount without a trade-in reportedly brought the effective price to roughly $700 to $800.
Google Fi promotions reportedly can bring the same model to around $700, offering a lower alternative path.
The 1TB storage option can suit users who plan to store FLAC files and downloaded media.
The discount may require keeping a Google Fi phone line active for 120 days to qualify.
Fi existing-customer qualification reportedly depends on timing, including about 21 days to become an existing customer.
The effective savings may feel small when the purchase includes only about $100 in accessories at a $921 price point.
The $961-level offer may be unusually hard to find without a high-end trade-in, based on ongoing deal watching.

Samsung goes hard on discounts during the holidays. Personally, I'll wait until those come up.
