Sam's has the roborock f25 RT with hot water wash and hot air drying for only $179 so only $14 more. Furthermore, you can always return it to Sam's club if the battery shits the bed after 1 year. They will take it back no questions asked.
You guys being bamboozled with this one.
It started giving me an error code about 10 months in (E4, I believe)
Contacted customer service and finally got a response. A huge run-around later, they sent me a shipping label to send it back to them for inspection and repair.
I figured I would just get a refurbished model as a replacement...but, NO, they sent me back my unit "repaired".
Plugged it into the dock, E4 code right away. I contacted them again and got a worse run-around.
Don't buy this brand. Tineco might be better, can't say.
