I'm curious to know how much better are these HD 650s compared to the HD 600s since I just purchased those when they went on sale during Prime Day this past June. Also, they're showing up w/ a price of $306.89 on my end and NOT $312.

Come up as $306.89 for me. If I didn't already have a pair, I'd think that was a fair, "deal" price.

6 of one, half a dozen of another, is my bet. Or, as put elsewhere, welcome to the subjective rabbit hole. I have the 650s, I do not have the 600s. They are great, imo, as long as you aren't looking for an overly bassy slopfest. Have used with a Darkvoice tube amp and currently with a Schiit Mimir/Midgard combo. A reddit search through r/headphones will tell you more than this comment section though. Fwiw, I bought mine back in 2015 and haven't had a reason to 'upgrade' or change them. From everything I have read, had I bought the 600s instead, I'd still have them and still be fine with them.

They're basically the same, just tuned a bit darker. HD600 are neutral. I wouldn't get these if you already have the HD600.

Thanks guys for the feedback which has helped me make up my mind and realize there's no need to upgrade from my HD 600s anytime soon. I swear FOMO is a helluva a drug, lol 😅.
