As someone who has deeply researched the Second World War, certainly a loop we might be on the road to repeating these days.

1919 Treaty of Versailles. Germany was mutilated and land stolen.
1923 International "Money Doctors" sent Hilton Young financial mission to Poland. Britain created the new Polish central bank
1924 Britain introduced the "zloty"
1927 Poland abused the system, and Britain issued the "Stabilization Loan" with a foreign-reserve requirement (British currency+gold)
1931 Poland was tied to the Sterling Bloc and permanently dependent on Western credit+influence
1933 NAZI party rejected Bank of England influence over their economy
1934+ Poland's secret intelligence sector "Oddzial II" was responsible for Britains bidding. Destruction of Germany's military, political, and industrial sectors: Sabotage, Espionage, IP theft, and Assassinations of key leadership in these sectors.
1938 Poland dismembered Czechoslovakia and took Zaolzie.
1938 Daznig+Corridor. Poland choked Germany's imports and exports.
1939, March. British guarantee to encircle and choke Germany.
1939, September. Retaliation. Germany had enough evidence to defend itself from this aggression.

On 30 November, Czechoslovakia ceded to Poland small patches of land in the Spiš and Orava regions.[5] In March 1939, the First Slovak Republic, a German puppet state, proclaimed its independence. That explains why Poland blocked Russian army to help, because poland was getting two towns.
