These arent designed properly for wax removal. The tip has three holes that spray water to the sides... not straight back. I learned the hard way as I just had to go to the doctor for wax removal because this thing didnt do the job... You need a device that shoots a stream of water straight back into the ear canal... this thing only rinses off the sides.

I used one earlier this summer...couldn't hear anything, ear was totally full of wax. Nothing worked...until this showed up.

I saw some interesting things get ejected from my head that day. Interesting indeed.
