All I use now is the actual bowl/pan type that is DEEP and an open top. Just keep your old oil jugs around and transfer the old stuff into those before you take them for disposal.

All I use now is the actual bowl/pan type that is DEEP and an open top. Just keep your old oil jugs around and transfer the old stuff into those before you take them for disposal.
You squeeze under your car, pull the plug, and get to watch helplessly as the stupidly shallow top instantly overflows onto your clean driveway because the tiny drain hole can't keep up. Half your time is spent poking at clogged air vents just to get it to swallow.
Save your money and your sanity—buy a cheap, oversized bucket that actually understands its only job is catching falling oil.
