Yes, you need to. Need more power. You hear very small sound. At least you need to USB-C DAC/amp dongle. Recommend At least mojo 2. I have Qudelix-5K on that. just ok. . I try iphone to mojo 2 to Luxury & Precision EA 4. It is another level.

araya nano is better but the original araya is worse. after acquisition senn headphones has been manufactured by foster in PanYu of China, which also makes lots of hifiman ones.
