FWIW, the Scary Movie movie stuff that likely wouldn't hit today is more pop culture references than changes in taste. IMO parody typo comedy is a little more universal and ages very well, but depends on a point of reference to get many of the jokes.* It isn't something like Andrew Dice Clay which just feels out of place in the modern world (honestly it wasn't funny back then either).
*Imagine listening to Weird Al but not knowing the original song. You'd just think Al was just weird
