This vendor is hard headed when they ship the wrong thing or their listing is wrong (both have happened to me), but their stuff always appears to be brand new. I have the 32GB version of this laptop (258V) and it is pretty great. Screen was lackluster out of the box but tweaking saturation really helped. Decent at gaming, even modern FPS games, you won't be playing at 4K or at ultra settings but 100% playable. Also handles Switch emulation great.

The price is not cheap enough for this mediocre laptop.
