That's a great deal, I just don't know how much of a lift I need. This has 10mm but I guess some go 15mm or more, while higher end models have auto detach mop pads. We have low pile carpet in the bedrooms w/ tile and hardwood throughout most of the rest of our main floor, but the living room has medium or high pile. The med/high pile is maybe 15% of the main floor.

I know most of these robo vacs will vacuum the carpeted areas first, but does anyone have any experience with one of these and medium or high pile?
