This Newegg eShop card deal is mainly useful for stacking Nintendo credit toward Switch 2 purchases, extra Joy Cons, and other Nintendo Store checkout items. The cards have been used successfully with Nintendo Account balance, including on Switch 2 orders and bundle purchases, and the deal has a quantity limit of 2. Reported drawbacks include Paze not working at checkout, some Nintendo Store bundles being out of stock, and at least one order where the codes never arrived and the Newegg account was locked. A practical way to build Nintendo credit, with some checkout and delivery risk.
Stacking eShop gift cards can help reach a higher Nintendo Store purchase total for a Switch 2.
Sam's Club gift card approaches have worked for buying a Switch bundle without issue.
Nintendo Account balance can be applied at checkout after adding a Switch 2 to the cart.
A prior Newegg eShop gift card deal enabled a Nintendo Store purchase of a Switch 2 and extra Joy-Cons.
Newegg email delivery can fail, with some orders not receiving eShop codes and no clear resolution.
Newegg gift card checkout may be limited by payment method, since Paze cannot be used.
Nintendo Store availability can restrict options, because the $500 choose-your-game bundle is out of stock.
Nintendo Account balance has a cap of $800 tied to the account at one time.

Stack it and buy the Nintendo Switch 2 off of the Nintendo Store.
Numerous reports of it working, even in Canada (interestingly).

Regrettably, I bought $400 in gc but then ended up trading in my extra switch oled for $205 over the weekend with the Best Buy trade in deal (already expired).
At least I have a lot of Nintendo credit for more expensive games now or 10 Years of Nintendo online subscriptions.
