It is fairly cheaply made with thinner-than-average metal and padding and some of the screws start to loosen over time from what the reviews said, but it still works decently well for a cheap adjustable bench so for $59 it is a good deal as long as you are aware of its shortcomings. Just use blue LocTite on the screws and as long as you aren't a very heavy person the padding is fine for light to medium weight exercises. This is obviously not made for bench pressing really heavy weight because that fairly small width square steel frame is clearly not strong enough to support a big 250lb guy trying to bench press a 300lb+ bar without flexing a noticeable amount, or maybe breaking. This is clearly for a sub 200lb person using light to medium weights.
