"I've tried verifying my faculty/staff status at [University] through the Teacher 10% discount page, but can't get 10% off on my cart. Is there any sales rep code I can use instead for the monitor?" Maybe tell them $1100 is too steep and if there's a sales rep code you can use?

Worked for me, it's like a coupon code you see in your basket as you check out

Can you stack a first responder discount with an additional discount through chat? Or does it not work like that?

doesn't work like that, the sale rep gives you a quote and you pay directly through that quote, bypassing normal check out.

The LG is matte, a little brighter and has worse text appearance. It's also not close to $990.
