I bought several of these last time they were on sale and they have a huge flaw in that the flip out prongs are too springy, in that it is pretty much impossible to plug them in if the outlet is "tight" and offers resistance because the prongs will just push back into the charger enough that they won't go into the outlet. I definitely wouldn't buy again.

I bought 2, but I don't really like the design. It looks like it could take up extra nearby outlets. It's says it can do 9v at 3 amps which I think should work for the quest 3.
