The BRS is not a knockoff is lighter and functions quite well. I have three of them. And have used them for almost a decade. They're great. and weighs half the weight of this.

I bought one in 2007 or 2006 that's still running strong. Looks like there have been a few updates to the design since then

I have this burner from 2010, and it is still my go to for anything less than a 3 day trip. I love this thing, and it's practically indestructible.
