I bought a buddy heater from VIP Outlet and was supposed to be an open box. It was heavily used and damaged. It was a previous return. I was very hard to get my money back as they do not respond to
messages. Check out the sellers

It's a great price for the unit, but VIP Outlet is notorious for selling customer returns as "open box". There's usually a reason why it was returned and buying from them is a roll of the dice.
