Only 5% cashback. Even the physical card does not have no rush shipping. 5% is not worth the hassle of keeping track of things.

I think virtual Visa can only be used online and not every online merchant would accept it. I agree that 5% saving is not worth the potential hassles.

They locked my card due to fraud detection from me trying to use it to pay my bill and are now making me send them my ID, utility bills, etc to get it unlocked..

Citi frequently sends offers to activate that earn TY rewards points when making purchases online or in retsil store. It varies every month but latest one is spend $1k online and earn 11.5k points. Other ones are gas stations, grocery stores and restaurants, spend $1500 get 15k points. These types of things are perfect for that.

I have 3 citi cc and never received such offers
