Be mindful of "net wt.". It includes the weight of liquid also.
Net weight = beans + liquid
They play games with that and throw in extra liquid to make it look like you are getting 15.5 Oz of beans. I believe I had gotten such beans from whole foods. The amount of bean I got was tiny. I usually don't buy can or preserved stuff, so I will be sticking with dry beans alone. Just soak them for a day or two in salt water or l8ght bak8ng soda to make them softened a little. And you get huge amount out of those 16oz.

This is great advice. I'm lazy and usually buy these canned beans but you get multiple times more for your money buy buying a big bag of dry beans. Those also last longer as long as you keep them in a cool dry place, preferably in an airtight container with an oxygen absorbing packet and some moisture absorbing silica beads in there to make the beans last well over a decade.

Thx op, tu and repped, and shared. You get 10% discount when buying 4 cans. I bought 4 of each type to donate!
$2.37 for Garbanzo and Kidney beans, and $2.40 for Refried beans!

For canned this is a good price. I buy both canned and dry because sometimes I just want the convenience of canned, and I actually prefer the texture of canned beans. Plus, you can't buy cheap dry dark red kidney beans. Sure you can buy smaller red beans, but the only dry kidneys for a decent price are "light red". I don't know why that is.
Interestingly, to me anyway, Great Value Organic canned are the same price as their regular non-organic (92ยข per can). I think it's the only time I've seen organic the same price as non-organic...of anything. https://www.walmart.com/search?q=...ey%20beans
10 of 14 cans arrived ridiculously dented. I ordered them along with 4 bags of coffee beans and everything was just dumped together in a too-large box with no packing materials. I will never learn....

Then, be prepared to pay triple the price for luxury delivery for you.
