Mostly marketing with the size of the bed. I've seen some posted on here as dog beds, but when you view the listing in the smaller sizes, it's marketed as both a cat/dog bed.

Mainly the same thing, with maybe some designs that correlate with the pet they're aiming it for, but that's just like how companies do colors to signify "boy/girl" stuff, aka irrelevant mostly. 🤷 ♂️ My cat prefers the dog beds because he's spoiled and likes all the extra space, and my dogs will try to lay in the small one if they don't want to fight with him, as if there's not OTHER larger beds here 😂
