I haven't but I took the guts out of a memory foam neck pillow and have been traveling for a long time with a jacket or hoodie stuffed in the lining instead. Works great.

I had my doubts about this myself too- Here is a reviewer's take after actually using it -- "The neck pillow idea sounds clever, but once it is filled with clothing, it becomes lumpy, awkward, and uncomfortable to use. Mine felt less like a travel pillow and more like I had tied a bag of laundry around my neck." (Just what I was worried out)

I screened the "Verified Purchase Only" on the reviews and there were only 2 reviews. 1 was positive and the other one was negative. I like the concept of these bags but at this time I'll stick with my plastic vacuum bags with a pump.
