Ollie's has these Firman WH03242 Inverter Generators for $499
Dual Fuel , Gas & Propane (and kids on the internet can show you how to hook up Natural Gas too)
The only negative is that this generator has a CO sensor, but otherwise it is a popular model.

Even if the battery does not die from the hot garage, the sensors are notorious for simply failing (yellow flickering light).
If you try to keep the rain off the generator with a little shed, lean-to or fake doghouse, the sensor will keep the generator from running.
Every few months, the sensors come out with a newer, harder to defeat module. So a 'how to bypass CO sensor fix' that worked a year ago, often won't work on the same model generator today.
A new sensor is frigging $100, and seemingly never in stock.
Biggest PIA or outright scam ever.
It's open frame, so super easy to work on.
It uses a Honda clone engine, so a new carb that fits it is like $12 on Amazon should you clog the original one up with old gas.
It can use Natural Gas right out of the box.
Just one wire to disconnect to lift the Neutral (so it can run your whole house).
HF will have 20% off any single item for the Labor Day Sale, (or wait for the next parking lot sale where it's often $899)
