One caveat. Lately on some of these subscribe and save deals, by the time the delivery comes around they raise the price negating savings... sometimes the send a notification sometimes not. On my last S&S for Canada. Dry the price doubled. Customer service gave me a gift card credit for the difference but still, it's kind of a pain to keep double checking. Like others, I just started taking a screenshot to capture the original sales price.

Check the label! If it doesn't say 'America Dry' might be old stock. /s

Are you talking about the price on the renewal order? There's no guarantee that the price will be the same on renewal, but you're free to skip an order or cancel the whole subscription.

Nope! The initial S&S order. One way I noticed is that the 'invoice' was no longer visible. When I called they told me there was a price increase and I would get a notification soon. It's a problem!

I wonder what triggers that behavior, when I place my first S&S order the order goes through and ships immediately at the price I ordered at.

If you choose to ship immediately then yeah. But if you have a monthly S&S set up to assure you always meet the 5 item minimum to get the maximum S&S discount ( up to 15%) then it doesn't ship until that next date, so it could be 2 or 3 weeks depending on the date
