Those days are gone.
Just an example from first hand info..
Memory components on premium flagship devices with a 256 GB variant used to cost about $50 in bill of materials, but they now exceed $300.. higher than the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip itself. Overall manufacturing costs for premium devices have risen by $300 because of the RAM shortage.

Even if they begin investing immediately, they may obtain the product from new facilities within the next three to four years; by then, we could achieve surplus production. Based on conservative estimates we will be out of ram Armageddon by late 2027
