Terrible choice for most people. If you're trying to just get protein absolutely horrible. If you want to load up on calories and need energy because you're running a marathon or playing in the nfl then ok. But if you're watching your calories at all then no way

Life ain't all about macro buddy.. look at the ingredients and I tried all the stuff from their brand and it's really good. I hope this one is good as well.

As a kinesiologist and dietician, this is an excellent choice for most people. You are filtering your version "most people" into your control group of people who want the highest protein content per calories. Your ideal is not "most people's" ideal. Even in your scenario, this bar is an excellent choice for any active person. Explore and understand more than meathead/bro protein math (suggested from a former meathead bro).
