Don't buy these little kids toys, they are next to useless! Get 50 watts at minimum and thank me later. In other words, pay a little more for something you can actually use. 10 watts peak rated only on the brightest day of the year..... What do ya do with the other 364 days? Get something like these below, something that actually works:

And the 12 battery doesn't have to be in a car. Cameras can. Be connected to such battery

10 watts divided by $32 ='s -- $3.20 per watt. This is almost useless power.
50 watts divided by $70 ='s -- $1.40 per watt. This is truly useful power.
