This is rated at 1,500 in-lbs (125 ft-lbs). You can probably use it but, in my experience, many times it will not pull a heavily torqued lug nut by itself. You will often need a breaker bar to pull the lug nut and finish removal with the impact driver.
Many people do it that way instead of buying a purpose-built impact wrench that can produce about 500 to 1000 ft-lbs of torque.

These 1/4 inch impacts are super nice for driving screws into studs and other things you could do with a screw driver if you really wanted.

Look at the screw holes.
When looking at the pictures of the product on ebay you can tell before buying.

Also, the screw heads to hold the tool together DeWalt uses hex heads. So if the screws in it are Philips that is another sign of a fake tool.
