If you have an occupation that requires a lot of repetition with hands, these are fabulous. Covers wrist as well. Easy to use, comfortable, you can go about your business for 5-10 minutes with it on.

I don't find cold to help with my pain. Generally compression is my best pain relief item for the past 30ish years. How do these compare to compression? And 5-10 min seems quite short.
