Dominos pizza messed up on the Domino deal if you received a coupon for free pizza you can use it up to 5 times I've seen so far good luck. I'm in California but went live today.

They seem to have the technical issues fixed. The only thing that really matters here is your email address. You don't need to submit a receipt, just click on the alternate way of entering. They will send a code to your email to verify and then you will get the code from Domino's instantly to redeem

How and where do we submit for this exactly? Are you talking about doing this from a targeted email?
