Just a heads up: Everywhere on the product page it's mentioned having an RTX 5060 Ti 16GB, but it doesn't mention that in any of the pictures, and in one it just shows integrated Intel Arc Graphics. Even the model number mentioned, iBUYPOWER SCI501, shows RTX 5060 Ti 16GB on the official product page: https://www.ibuypower.com/support...ail/sci501
However, Best Buy [bestbuy.com] and Amazon [amazon.com] both mention integrated graphics.

ibuypower's customer service is so painful to deal with and last time I ordered a 4k machine from them, they sent me some weird Chinese version of my nvidia card...

The specifications on their labels or ads are very confusing. I bought a PC that was listed as coming with a 360mm liquid CPU cooler on the box labeled , but when I opened, it only had a basic air cooler. I contacted customer service, and they simply asked me to return it.

Dont bother asking live chat. Jodi asked for the SKU and just copied and pasted what the web site says. And since none of the graphics even mentions anything nvidia, and only Intel Arc, I'm betting this is a screw up.

Someone who got the deal definitely needs to post and either make all of us jealous, or make all of us relieved we didn't have to go through the hassle of returning it! I was mid-checkout when it went OOS.
