Pros:
- Easy setup with manual focus and vertical keystone
- Projects a large image on a wall in a fully dark setting
- Picture quality is very enjoyable if not enthusiast grade
- Tremendous value for money
Cons- Does not work well if there's even a little ambient light
- Focus uniformity is a problem unless the projector is mounted directly facing the center of the image
- Some fan noise but it's probably expected for projectors like these
Overall, once I got placement figured out I really enjoyed the projector. I am now looking to buy a more expensive projector to fix the brightness and focus uniformity issues but the next step is probably several hundred dollars (e.g., Optoma PH31).The biggest con for me on this projector is there is serious lag with bluetooth audio, to the point of it being a feature you should just ignore. if you have a fire stick pair the speakers with that. If you are using the USB port for a media library, use a wired connection for audio.
The one I bought also claimed it had an AV port. It did not. Only HDMI.
