Also, it appears that this is tool box size. Or more precisely, it breaks down using the knob in the middle. At least, that's what a reviewer said on DeWalt.com, and is reflected by an image on HomeDepot.com.
What I haven't seen is an indication that it includes any type of edge guard. A small, plastic cover to put over the teeth when not in use would make a big difference. If not, you'd end up with a teeth that could get damaged bouncing around in transport. And you've have the risk of slicing your hand when rummaging around a tool box.

I have never attempted to round over the back of an inexpensive saw, because blue tape is so easy, but give it a try if you wish! The trailing edge is usually not finished on cheap saws and it can scratch your work.
