that said, if you're cutting just to cut for smaller size to swallow, then its fine.... great even... but for proper splitting.... dont waste your time.

The centering slide helps a lot when cutting odd size pills such as Jardiance. Also applies with rounds. Costs a bit more but well worth it.
I find that you don't cut through the pill otherwise you'll end up with your results. Press lightly it may crack or crack in your hands after pill cutter scored it.
