AliExpress offered me a partial refund, which I rejected because I don't want a paperweight. I provided more evidence, AliExpress then decided to just give me a partial refund anyway. When I told them I want to return for a full refund or exhange for a working product their response was basically, "oh well, we refunded you some money. It's your problem now"

I just ordered a 3rd unit on Tuesday to replace one we lost at our little league that we use to run our pitching machines instead of the gas generators other leagues use.
