AliExpress offered me a partial refund, which I rejected because I don't want a paperweight. I provided more evidence, AliExpress then decided to just give me a partial refund anyway. When I told them I want to return for a full refund or exhange for a working product their response was basically, "oh well, we refunded you some money. It's your problem now"

The Bluetti Elite 100 V2 stands out as a compact 1024Wh power station with fast UPS switchover, strong solar input, and useful app scheduling for charging and discharging around time of use rates. It has handled printers, portable air conditioning, electric coolers, sump pumps, routers, NAS gear, and even a full size refrigerator, while the power lift mode helps with startup spikes. Most refurb units arrived looking brand new, but a few arrived defective or later failed after dropping to 0 percent, so warranty and return support matter. A practical pick for backup power and bill shifting if you want to keep some reserve.

I just ordered a 3rd unit on Tuesday to replace one we lost at our little league that we use to run our pitching machines instead of the gas generators other leagues use.
