It takes 50 minutes to fully charge a 4Ah battery and compatible with all DCK 58V batteries.(Note: This battery powered chainsaw is not compatible with 20V batteries. When cutting continuously, please replace the batteries in a timely manner to allow them to cool down better and extend their service life.)

This 16 inch DCK cordless chainsaw stands out as a cheap backup saw, especially because the kit includes a 58V 4.0Ah battery and charger. The bundle looks strong value wise, with the battery alone priced around $169.99 and the Oregon bar and chain worth about $40. It cuts quickly with good chain speed, and the extra unit can serve as a spare battery or a saw kept at another location. The main drawbacks are its heavy weight, modest battery life, and occasional assembly or chain tensioning hassles, so it fits best as an occasional use backup.

I was impressed by the quality of the components, the simplicity of design, and the speed and cut. I bought two of these saws as well, primarily for the battery. It's kind of weird having a second saw that you may never need. If you're going to do any serious cutting with cordless chainsaws a backup is important to have. $56 for a 58v 4.0 Ah backup battery is amazing. Now I need the 15" string trimmer kit, then I'll have three. Sweet!
Update: They have a 20% coupon for two items on other tools. I bought the 15" string trimmer kit (trimmer, battery, charger) and a second 15" string trimmer (tool only). $143.98+tax for both.
Beyond that, it assembles like any other tool-free chainsaw. I did hold the bar slightly forward to tension it while I tightened it down though - mainly to keep the chain in the bar. I believe there are a few review videos online showing people assemble this saw.
