I love this propane accessory. Just make sure you plug it into the 20lb tank end first otherwise propane will spray out of the accessory.

Own this but never use it. Upgraded to the flame king adapter that has a pipe and valve in the middle. Way easier process and the 1lb tanks seem to take more propane being filled vertical vs horizontal.

It doesn't appear so. Check out the Flame King store for the 5 ft hose.https://a.co/d/09Ojzjdd

this is for the opposite. a portable tank on a full size grill/etc. they call them bbq savers... with the thought that if you only have one 20lb tank, and that runs out, you can toss on a disposable to get you through the cook, or till you run to the store for a new tank.

this isnt a refill adapter. its an adapter to use the disposable tank on appliances that take large tanks. most of us just have a spare 20lb tank around instead... but i guess if you live in a super small apartment with no space for another tank, this is a good option to ensure you never run out of propane mid cook..

How long does a little tank last. (Both in storage and being used)

I'm no Hank Hill, but I would guess that a 1lb tank would last about 1/20 as long as a 20lb.

The reason I asked in the gas, if there is any left in there is 10+ years old. Also hank hill knows the 20 lbs tanks are not filled completely. I wonder if the green ones are, or maybe the green ones don't use up all the gas consistently.

Question to anyone knowledgeable enough about this stuff:
Any good deal on an adapter that converts a propane BBQ grill, to be able to use a natural gas line from the city, thus getting rid of the hassle of buying/filling tanks after tanks, when everything is in the wrong phase?!
