I have one of these and IIRC it comes with cables for that, though I bought mine years ago and the listing isn't clear on it. Edit: I remember upgrading to their 500W model that comes with both. I checked a couple of YouTube videos for the 300W model.and yeah, some 300W models just have the 12V adapter, which is insufficient for sure.
That being said, there aren't a lot of consume devices in the 100-300W range. Most will either be 100W or less, or well over 300W. So if you're traveling and need to run a low power AC device under 100W this might still be useful.
As I said, I moved to their more capable 500W option instead. Even then, there are still not many devices that fit in that 100-500W power budget unless you choose them very carefully, and not sure about the included cable AWG heh.
