I've tried this at multiple locations today, but Jack in the box is one of the few restaurants that have not switched to charging for sauces. I have found that all burger king and Wendy's locations and most McDonald's locations do charge for any sauce ordered that isn't automatically included with a nuggets order.

I can confirm I've used dipping sauces to reach a $1 order minimum for a deal at Burger King before.

Curiously enough Jack in the Box locations near me do seem to charge 25c for any sauce you want actually added to your sandwich. But the dipping containers do appear to still be free.

Yes, that's correct, thanks for confirming your Burger King experience.

It would nice to find a cheaper way to get the free fries 🍟 deal, but it's definitely more valuable overall to be able to get the kind of sauces we want with our Jack in the box orders for free instead.

JitB discontinued the dipping containers of "spicy good good sauce." It's now only available as a 25c sandwich add-on. So personally I can't get the sauce I want for free there. But good for you if you can! Smilie

Yes, that was a sad day when they didn't have those cups in the app anymore and she said they weren't going to be able to order any more 😢. At least glad they still have it available as an an add on and didn't completely get rid of it.
