I use it to make drinks and also use it in food. I'm Vietnamese and a lot of our dipping sauce and salad recipes use lime juice but I always leave fresh lime to go bad in the fridge when I buy them so I just substitute it with this.

FWIW, this is ~SamsClub pricing ($6.48 for 96oz) versus $12 for 180oz, just with a lot more environmental waste in the end.

I don't understand how they can list "100% Lemon Juice" on the front label when the ingredients list shows "Lemon Juice From Concentrate (Water,Concentrated Lemon Juice), Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Metabisulfite And Sodium Sulfite (Preservatives), Lemon Oil."

If you can afford the extra expense, try Lakewood. In a glass bottle, not plastic, and just one ingredient, "Organic Lemon Juice". The taste is far superior to RealLemon, not even in the same league.
