You can call the number and tell them you want to cancel; let them know about the the $3 deal and if they say no, tell them you want to cancel anway - they'll put you on hold and should you be able to hook you up or keep you at your current rate.

If I don't have a Sirius radio can I just use my phone (app?) or some other device? How bad are commercials on Sirius radio? I been an Apple Music sub a few years but tbh 11-12$ a month for music is getting kind of ridiculous imo I do appreciate no commercials. I was considering buying YouTube premium instead I think I seen 160$ yearly witch makes more sense to me bc you get you tube ad free also but 36$ a year sounds much better.

I would call and use the "cancel my service" approach to see what they could do for you

My previous promote expired in August and I don't currently have the service. It tells me my Radio ID is not eligible for this offer. No existing service I can tell them to cancel.

I currently have this $2.99/mo plan that I signed up for about 2 1/2 years ago and the monthly total is $3.87/mo with taxes.

again, a live agent over an AI offer might get you the promo - i would assume as a business they could either take $3 from you or $0 - which option do you think a SiriusXM shareholder would prefer?

Tried online with a 2026 vehicle that just finished it's trial a few months ago, currently without service. Web-site says Ineligible radio. Tried calling the number listed. Went through multiple AI prompts no luck. Spoke to an agent. Agent says that this promotion is online for certain 2018 vehicles that received an invitation.
