Huge in comparison, but $250 less than a Steam Machine and significantly more powerful, especially at 1440p and / or ray tracing. Also double the storage and 50% more VRAM.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

Honestly it's not perfect but it's a hell of a lot of PC for $800.

The 14400F is plenty capable still but it being on ddr4 means it will perform a bit worse -but it also means adding 16GB RAM later won't cost you two arms half a kidney and a liver sample 🫠. The B580 is around about a RTX 5060's performance, but in instances where the 8GB on the 5060 is inadequate it's closer to a 5060ti than a 5060 (but on average you're looking at 5060 performance).

Is it worth it to get the all-state plan?

This is pretty much the perfect budget 1440p build. I recommend jumping on this before the rampocalypse gets worse.

Crazy that this is the same price as the Steam Deck.

I purchased one of these. It arrived in a box with almost no padding. The box was torn and the case was very dented on all sides. Walmart will not accept returns online and I don't live close to one so it is a process to return it. ABS will also not warranty it since Walmart sold it.

The arc b580 is like really bad and really good at the same time. I have it and I wouldn't recommend it. I feel that game developers dont put the same effort into arc as they do with Nvidia and Radeon. If you get this sell the arc while its worth something.
