Luna games are not downloadable. They are streaming only and you do not get a license for them.

Almost bought SW Outlaws and Avatar a few months back via Ubi, but was bummed that Luna was stopping the "BYO Library" feature.
This makes up for it a bit I guess, haha

You don't claim them. They're available as long as Amazon has licensing. Then they're not.
100% agree that the Epic/GOG/others that provide actual licenses are good to note.
But the Luna games are streaming only (you don't even get a download to play locally) and they can vanish at any point in the future.
Why do Staff keep calling streaming only games "Digital Download"?

Games that you can actually claim are yours to keep. These are similar to the digital copies you get with a Movies Anywhere redeem code in a Bluray package.
The Amazon Luna games are simply streaming titles that have been added to the service. You don't claim them. You can't download them. You have no guarantee that they'll stay in the library. These are like new movies showing up on Prime, Netflix, etc. Treating them the same as digital downloads is misleading (even if Amazon hopes people will think of them that way).

In the past they used to cycle them out monthly, but now I'm seeing that many last for even 3 months or more at a time, and sometimes when titles leave they end up returning a few months later.
Yeah but if your code expired then they aren't giving a new one
