Some nice prices here. I'm partial to the player ii cactus gray finish but I already got the Strat and yet my ability continues to be aggressively dwarfed by my gear.

Hey man who cares?? I have 10 guitars and like a skill level 3. I'm an adult and I like collecting gear even if I'm not that good 😂 get the tele bro!

Man, the sorting from lowest to highest price on this deal post is underrated. Nice work.

Looking for a decent acoustic that won't break the bank. I have an Epiphone AJ-1 and was thinking of getting something a little better. The complaint I have with mine is it buzzes when played, but I don't play a ton so it may be my technique. That said, something a little nicer would be good. Thoughts? Any of these be good to consider?

That's true for pretty much everyone, we can all improve. As long as you have a a guitar you enjoy and play it regularly, that's really what matters. These kind of deals are good because if you buy it and don't like it, you should be able to sell on Facebook Marketplace for the same price you bought it for.

Fender aren't really known for great acoustics. Something like a Yamaha would probably be better.

If you buy more gear you'll get better.

There's only a few acoustics on sale here and I don't think any of them are higher in quality than what you already have. I would suggest getting your Epiphone properly set up. That's probably where the buzzing is coming from. Some minor adjustments might make a huge difference.

Buzzing could be caused by many things. Form? Maybe. Easy enough to test fret by fret on a single string to narrow it down. If its the guitar, could be as simple as adjusting the truss rod. Or it could be as involved as fretwork or something with the bridge or nut. Note that acoustics are harder to set up so if you are new its probably best to bring it somewhere. Although that may cost a significant percentage of the value of the guitar so its up to you

Fender acoustic guitars have a completely unremarkable, lackluster sound. Yet, I'd still buy one—perhaps simply to satisfy the visual appeal.

I definitely suffer from Gear Acquisition Syndrome and these Focus prices are fire for brand new guitars and most of the accessories are crazy cheap too.

Still, they run this sale every couple of months, so if nothing is making the heart sing this time, just wait for a few months for a new love.

I love my CV60s Ice Blue Metallic Strat that I picked up off Marketplace for cheap, but that Rallye Orange Player II Tele SS is going to be hard to leave at the altar...
