Search cuisinart triple ply stainless on amazon.
The cuisinart equivalent I believe is 9 lbs.
They sell these at homegoods/tjmaxx/marshalls around $30 with no lid but I also buy a saute pan variant with a lid and use the lid for both. 10" no lid I think is 20. 10" saute pan with lid is $30
Edit:
Did some more digging. The cuisinart they sell at homegoods are either 2.6mm or 2.8. Delarlo are 2.3mm (bare minimum tri-ply thickness) and I believe the cuisinart rolled rim is more durable and helps with warping resistance.
