It's 800 RMS at 1ohm. If the specs are accurate that is some decent power for a DVC Sub or two wired in parallel (4 ohm Dual Voice Coil).

Why is it 1-channel? There are 2 inputs and 2 outputs.

This is very common for monoblock amps. Even when only 1 of the 2 inputs is actually connected. The 2 outputs make it easier to wire up multiple speakers

To daisy chain to another amp. Bring the stereo signal somewhere else and reduce long RCA runs to the back of the car.
