When I ordered them last time from a similar deal, they got shipped and delivered by Amazon. The sound quality for this price is good. They support sound over USB-C with a built-in DAC the headphones have.

Keep also in mind that this headset has 2 modes for sound quality that you can switch with one of the buttons or through the app. One mode sounds better than the other, make sure to cycle through those modes. If you use the app, it has a multi-band equalizer. Not sure if the settings get saved to the headphones or just in the phone though.
Looking through some FCC photos my guess is that these headphones are using a Bluetrum BT8951H chip that handles the Bluetooth radios, the ANC, the audio codecs, the DAC, and the ADC (mics). The Bluetrum BT8951H is not bad for what you are paying.
I got them for like $25 ish on Amazon to have an over the ear noise canceling set for airplane rides and traveling so I don't have to worry about earbuds falling out; also if they break or get stolen it's not the end of the world. They don't noise cancel as well as Airpods Pro but it's good enough for the price imho.
Worked well on multiple long hauls.
