My teen son played one of these at a local music store a few months ago but we bought the FG800J just because of the value ($280). He absolutely preferred the TA with cutaway but it was ~3x the price retail. At this price (~2x) we would have bought the TA to get the pickup and better fret access. Beautiful guitar and a great big dreadnought sound.
