I mean good price but I would question the 970 lb capacity. Though if you can even reach half that, you probably have invested in better equipment

Great price for this set. I paid $161 for it back in June and set up a basic home gym to get back into shape with my wife doing a strength training program. I'm happy with it, it functions as expected but its not going to blow you away with how rock solid it is compared to higher end sets. I do pull ups and bench presses on it, and it's plenty stable for those tasks.

Along with a weight bench (I got their WB3 for $119 and it works fine) 6ft Olympic bar and plates (more compact than the 7, better for a home gym and you can keep the rack less extended which seems good for stability), and an adjustable dumbell set, you can get a wide variety of great targeted workouts.

This is the about normal price. I bought this from Walmart a couple weeks ago for same price. It's a good squat rack for the price.

I didnt actually know what that was until after I put it together, and I havent used it yet. It seems smooth when moved without the bar but I can't say further than that.

Look in to it. There's a lot of great exercises you can do with a landmine.

In for one. I don't see me going past 225-315 for at home workouts so I think this will be great to bridge the gap of wanting to stay home or heading to the gym. Better yet, getting double days in, with less hassle.
