Looks like it comes with those awkward spouts that require two hands to dispense if what you're filling doesn't have the right type of lip on it. Cant believe they still sell those stupid things today.

I've bought several of these to replace the cheap plastic cans I have been using that swell in the heat. So far I really like the can itself, but the spring on the sprout isn't very strong so don't expect to stop pouring quickly when you lift the can, and the retaining button for the screw on cap will pop off very easily and good luck finding the spring for that.

Amazon and eBay offers old school spouts and vent plugs for your new/old fuel tanks. Cheap.

I second this notion to replace the spouts - a 5 pack is really cheap - comes with the friendly spout, vent plugs and twist-on-caps. Pro tip - use some plumbers tape on the threads to really make the seal bu11et proof. I can hold mine upside down and they don't drip a drop of gas when sealed or filling my vehicles

These a typically garbage and paint comes off and leak. Look for legitimate NATO cans. Yes they are spendy but will last a lifetime. Personally though for home storage I prefer FloFast because they're stackable and have a lifetime guarantee. I had one out of 6 develop a slight odor because the vent became loose for some reason and they exchanged it no problem. Great customer service and the jugs super easy to use and as I said stack. So I can have 4 of them in the spot of one normal fuel can.

The annoying part can be removed with a tough pair of scissors or similar to cut the plastic. Then pull off the metal ring. The crappy spring will have already flown off somewhere.
