Verizon fios updated their fios pricing recently.
I was previously paying $45 monthly for 300/300 Mbps internet, but was able to lower it to $30 a month by logging into my account and selecting "change my plan"
The popup said it was going to be $40 month, but the monthly total ended up being $30 month with auto-pay.
I still have 300/300Mbps internet speed using my own router. Nothing on my plan changed except the pricing.
Also, this new pricing supposedly eliminates the HomeInternet+Cellular discount bundles. So be careful if you are currently enrolled in that.

I got permanent $25/month but only ~55 mbps. I would transfer service for $5 more for 300 mbps, but not willing to do it every year or pay inflated prices.
That said, 55 mbps has been more than enough bandwidth for our household for gaming, 4k streaming, 50+ IOT device connected smart home. Only actual time we would benefit from 300mbbps is downloading very large files - once every few months.

Edit: Got it working. Did not initially work by clicking "Manage Plan". Had to to go to "Account>My Plan>Plan Overview" to see it.
Thank you
